Problem

Traditional tournament sweepstakes typically rely on static paper draws or dry spreadsheets and usually only reward the single outright winner of the tournament. This creates a passive draft experience and leaves participants whose teams are eliminated early with no reason to stay engaged. Furthermore, manually tracking cumulative performance across all 48 teams to offer a broader leaderboard creates a heavy administrative burden for hosts, making dynamic scoring formats impractical.

Solution

This app is an arcade-style web application designed to gamify team selection and sustain participant engagement throughout the entire tournament. It transforms traditional draws into an interactive penalty shootout where players draft teams by hitting a dynamic 48-nation target grid or using a streamlined manual mode. Instead of only crowning an overall champion at the end, the platform automatically tallies live match stats into an updating squad standings table, keeping participants invested across every group stage and knockout match.
